Unfortunately I had to wait for more than half an hour, as the salon was overbooked. Then when my SNS was removed, my nails were filled down so much that they are paper thin and weak, and could barely be filed into a smooth shape. I have naturally very strong nails, so I didn't expect this at all. I didn't have SNS put back on, because I didn't feel confident in having them done to a high standard. The staff were also reluctant to give me a refund for not having SNS on.

I have done my pedicure and mini manicure for the first time, my hands nail became so thin and broken nails make my tip of th finger hurting, one thing for sure will never make manicure in life

I think I am leaving review for wrong beauty therapist but they were all very nice and friendly. The lady that did my nails did a brilliant job. My first time having these extensions and I'm so happy with them. I will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend this beauty parlour to others
