Shellac polish nail service both times were very poor. First time i went for shellac, the staff removed my cuticle and my finger bled since it was done so roughly. Second time i went for shellac the staff said in shellac they do not remove cuticle. Seems like staff doesn’t have a clue of what is to be done or even regarding the price for each service

Such a pathetic service. I had booked via treatwell and when I reached the parlour I was asked to wait for 1 hr since there was only one staff. She also said she did not get my booking via treatwell! Also looks like the prices are completely different in the parlour and on treatwell. The parlour price is lesser. But when I went here the first time, again via treatwell the staff charged me a pound extra since I had chosen for pay in parlour saying the treatwell price is Less than parlour price.
