Got to my appointment, when i entered, the ladies already knew which booking i had. I was asked to wait a little. After 20 mins, i was told that we need to do a patch test and i should come back after 24 hours. no problem.
I’m back the next day, then they start telling me that i should pay another £7, because apparently the package what i booked, doesn’t exist and they are not offering it. They were on the phone with somebody who also told them to make me pay. Couldn’t tell me a day before??

The BIAB was not a great experience, my nails have been overfilled and everytime she was going with the puffy brush, I felt more dust went onto my hands. Because of this, you can see dust on the nail. Lack of hygiene
