Not very friendly, always on the phone think this was one of the mangers and I had a lovely lady doing my feet but the only problem was she was deaf which is absolutely fine ,but bless her heart couldn't understand what I wanted ie to hard on my callus peel and it hurt , and had no conversation in there with any of them and when I paid i was also over charged !!! And when a customer came in the lady was rude to her .

My husband and myself had a really fantastic experience and all the staff were so kind and patient.
The only negative feedback is: the constant add on when you have the treatments, it feels very pushy and makes you feel quite uncomfortable - we ended up spending £195.00!! and we booked online for all we wanted.
