I booked to have the gel polish removed from my toes. This was done extremely well and with care. The only criticism I would have , is that the person doing this for me, did not wash their hands after completing the service. They then went on to do other things within the salon. This would have been less of a problem if they had been wearing gloves during the treatment.

Only had waxing and a bit of treading done before I went away on holiday the next day because I hadn’t had a patch test I know I’m not allergic to it last year I went they did a patch test in my eyes did my lashes then went back to do my eyes 😡

Unfortunately it was quite a stressful non relaxing experience, it took longer than I planned, the end result was not great. The people did their best but the hectic environment doesn’t give a relaxing experience and my fingernails look awful just one day later. I have been a few times for waxing and it’s ok but I have patches of hair that were missed again and I think I’d rather go elsewhere in future.
