Unfortunately it was quite a stressful non relaxing experience, it took longer than I planned, the end result was not great. The people did their best but the hectic environment doesn’t give a relaxing experience and my fingernails look awful just one day later. I have been a few times for waxing and it’s ok but I have patches of hair that were missed again and I think I’d rather go elsewhere in future.

Not very friendly, always on the phone think this was one of the mangers and I had a lovely lady doing my feet but the only problem was she was deaf which is absolutely fine ,but bless her heart couldn't understand what I wanted ie to hard on my callus peel and it hurt , and had no conversation in there with any of them and when I paid i was also over charged !!! And when a customer came in the lady was rude to her .
