I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage. The staff member was kind and welcoming and the room itself was lovely. However once the massage started it felt as though she didn't really know what she was doing. Just kind of rubbing the oil around, I didn't feel any benefit from the massage unfortunately. As soon as I got dressed and had barely stepped out of the treatment room, she tried to sell me a product. Her nails were long and I could feel them on my skin- not the best experience.
