I'm not sure who did my waxing, but the lady I had had to be told to remove patches of hair that had been left behind, and I was charged £42 instead of £38. I normally have a great experience, but this time it wasn't the same. I believe it was due to a different therapist doing the job. I will use drop-in appointments next time instead of booking to secure a different therapist.

They were on time. Kamal was nice. however when I got home realised that I still had some hairs left nothing much but not perfect. Overall experience was good.
