There was a lot of waiting around and poor communication.
I had to queue for 5 minutes at reception. The receptionist informed me that my (scheduled and confirmed) appointment would be delayed by 45 minutes. When I returned 45 minutes, I was still waiting for another 10 minutes. They made no attempt to contact me in the morning to reschedule. Not sure if I would make another appointment here. The treatment itself was fine, but not the customer service.

it was ok. missed a few eyebrow hairs. foot area on seats need to be cleaned properly. staff memeber was grand. better then others that work there. but for a fiver you get what you pay.

I tried the Lycon hot wax and for someone who usually can not stand pain, this was a breeze. Amna did a great job and waxed every nook and cranny. I felt minimal pain. This is expensive compared to other waxing but it was worth it.

Had HD brows done yesterday and couldn't be more happy about them. They are a great shape and colour. I was running late due to traffic but within 5 minutes of arriving I was being seen to. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere relatively relaxing despite being in a busy shopping centre. I can't wait to come back before my wedding for some more HD brows.
