A bit of a rushed appointment but generally pleased with the result

I showed up for my appointment at 6, which is when I had booked it for. I was told they were running late and there would be a 10-15 minute wait, which I was fine with. Then 15 minutes later the girl who was meant to take my appointment comes out and takes anither customer in, after half an hour of waiting I ask when I will be getting into my appointment, the manager shrugs and says it shouldnt be too long. He goes onto give a million excuses as to why they are late when all i wanted was for someone to be honest with me from the start so I didnt just waste 45 minutes of my time. Very rude staff, I will never be going back there. Appalling how a business can be run in that manner.

Sassy and rude manager, poorly organised as i had to wait 15 mins before treatment as the therapist was taking a break. Therapist who did my treatment though was lovely and professional. Manic atmosphere wouldn't go back
