Booking was fine. Staff did not look professional, chatting and laughing. The room for waxing was tiny and did not look clean. The lady that did my waxing was nice but was not a professional. The hollywood waxing was very bad and extremely painful, I got my skin burned and with the pulling, she even broke my skin in the labia, that was painful for days! There were many hairs left too, and plenty of wax in my legs. Will not recommend this place for waxing.
