The actual threading was good but there’s no point in booking a time since you have to wait in line with everyone that hasn’t and the feeling of treating yourself to a nice experience wasn’t there.

I was returned since there was not enough staff, so I had to take another appointment. Then, the staff was not aware I paid online and even after showing the confirmation would not want to let me go. The treatments were rushed. The nail polish was bad quality and it cracked my nails. Would not recommend.
