I am yet to go to Angel and receive a good service. The treatments are always very good, but the salon itself is disorganised and the experience is not very enjoyable. I made an appointment for 9am, and when I turned up for this appointment, the salon wasn't even open. A lady arrived at 9.10am, and there was no apology for being late. She then proceeded to be quite rude when I was getting my treatment, having full conversations with other members of staff when she was standing over me and supposed to be threading my eyebrows! Overall, I was really disappointed in the service, but on some level, I wasn't surprised that this would be the case, having received previous poor experiences in this salon.

Great valise, not the best wax I’ve ever had and they are not good at keeping track of online booking so I still had to wait a bit, but worth it for a quick wax. The eyebrow threading is great as always
