It wasn’t very clean and I had to wait about half an hour as the staff had not yet arrived at 9 (the time of my appointment) and the shop was still closed
Once the wax had warmed however and the staff were ready the procedure was fairly fast. The staff were friendly but it wasn’t the cleanest atmosphere and the waxer double-dipped her sticks and was quite strict with the amount of strips she used (I think only 4 in total, for both of my legs?)

The staff seemed distracted and almost a bit annoyed to have to serve me; I was made to wait for about 10 minutes; they didn't know that I had already paid online and tried to charge me more for the treatment than I had paid.
They pierced my ears well and I have no complaints with the actual treatment, but I felt undervalued and as if my being there was a nuisance to them.
