Fast, efficient, and friendly - would perhaps recommend a better queueing system, as tempers sometimes run high among the people waiting for eyebrow threading. Great as always overall, though!

Staff are friendly but tend to talk a lot unless it's busy, so not necessarily a a spa experience but I'm happy with the pedicure. haven't used them for much else.

The lady at the desk wasn’t aware of my appointment as I had booked online but luckily they were able to see me right away. (It was a Sunday afternoon and there was only one other girl getting her nails done) There was an hour long queue for eyebrow threading so best to keep that in mind if you want to just call in. My shellac removal and application took less time than advertised on the website and I was really pleased with how it turned out!
