Gave me the wrong treatment, then could not refund me the money they owed me.
Rude staff. Not at all a relaxing environment. Hostile and felt quite uncomfortable all the way through
I tend to book online, always a Sunday for 11.00am.
However the last few times I've been told not to book online because the booking doesn't filter down to the bookings for the store. I have to wait for the wax heaters to reach temperature whilst staff are still turning up for work.
The waxing was okay, I can't fault the leting doing it.
Booking through treatwell is an easy ride, but there are some catches.
The employees are friendly and the services are good though they take a lot of time to cater you even if you have an appointment booked as they aren't even aware of the appointments, which is really bad for the client and the salon. Also, the employee list is outdated on treatwell, which is not helpful either.
