This place is hilarious: one of the least organised salons I have ever been to. No one knows what’s going on and there is always a huge queue out the door. When I arrived this time they had no idea about my appointment... but they saw me anyway. The waxing is fine (not great, not terrible). But you WILL end up waiting forever for it - don’t go if you’re in a rush. Why do I keep going back? Cheapest wax in Cambridge. You get what you pay for and I like the prices here!

I am yet to go to Angel and receive a good service. The treatments are always very good, but the salon itself is disorganised and the experience is not very enjoyable. I made an appointment for 9am, and when I turned up for this appointment, the salon wasn't even open. A lady arrived at 9.10am, and there was no apology for being late. She then proceeded to be quite rude when I was getting my treatment, having full conversations with other members of staff when she was standing over me and supposed to be threading my eyebrows! Overall, I was really disappointed in the service, but on some level, I wasn't surprised that this would be the case, having received previous poor experiences in this salon.
