Worst experience of my life. She took me to a dirty room upstairs, she was not friendly and proceeding to wax me with haste. I have been left with 3 big cuts, 2 inside my labia and 1 outside. I had to put tissue in my underwear to go home. It is an hour after my wax now and the cuts are still bleeding. I have multiple bruises and feel unbelievably sore. I have been waxed before at different places and never experienced any bruises or cuts! DO NOT GET WAXED HERE!

The treatments were late - better planning could be done to timings and balancing bookings with walk ins but the wax is great value, especially the eyebrow thread

Staff very rude and not wellcoming! The member of staff that did my waxing sessin seemed very inexperienced. After 2 days I still have wax on my legs and my body was really sore after the session. Careless staff, didn’t care about me being comfortable. After the session the lady opened the door when I still without clothes, even when I asked her not to do it. Horrible experience, very overpriced!
