I wasn’t happy with my experience at this salon. The member of staff who was doing my nails was rude, and did not seem to have any patience with me. She was hurting my fingers when pushing the cuticles back. I explained that I have sore cuticles, and she quite rudely stood up and got a sheet of paper for me to fill out regarding nail care. I was not really sure what this was about but still filled it in. The acrylics do not look as professional as I have had them in the past, and the quality is not as good either. I was tonight the treatwell voucher as a Birthday gift and was excited to try somewhere new, but I am sad to say I wasn’t pleased with the service or quality.
