The salon has moved! No longer is it a shop but it’s a booth in the middle of a walkway in the shopping centre about a 2 minute walk from the salon’s previous location. It is only by chance that I had walked past the booth and realised it had moved, otherwise I would have thought the salon had closed down! I arrived and the staff didn’t even know that I had booked through Treatwell which was disappointing. The threading itself was good, but the staff seemed totally uninterested in my business.

I was there for 2 hours which should've been a 45-60min job. The price is horrendous £29 in total for refills and 3 broken nails. My normal place was busy and I only get charged £16 for infills. Then either they don't charge you for broken nails or £1 a nail. £29 is fucking ridiculous, maybe if your in London. Not Cambridge. Was made to rush into leaving when I knew my nails weren't dry at all. Several nails got smudged once I left and the acrylic came off. Had to go pay somewhere else to fix them. The staff seemed incompetent and didn't know to do a simple nail shape change either. Didn't say anything at the time cos I was so angry and tbh didn't want to be in there further than the 2 bloody hours I was alresdy in there for. On speaking with friends they avoid that place because they have had their eyebrows ruined by a simple waxing in there. And others have also left angryly at the results. Never again would I go back. Complete waste of money
