Top marks for covid-19 prevention. As requested I arrived with a mask. My temperature was taken, I was asked to wash my hands, then given the gel. So I felt really safe. The nail aids used for my manicure were brand new and I took them away with me for only £1 to use in between and return with them next time! So full marks for safety and hygiene. A lovely spa massage after a mint mask so my hands were super soft then expertly shaped before polish application.

I pre-paid for my treat as per their company policy. However due to the government putting the date for eyebrows back, my appointment back, this appointment was cancelled by them.
CAUTION, I have been unable to get my money back despite sending three emails and ringing. Unless we get to a position when we can walk in again please DO NOT pre-pay.
