When I arrived for my 9AM appointment, I was told the wax wasn't melted yet (waited 30 min). The wax was fine, and I was charged for arms instead of underarms, but I was so frustrated I didn't care. It took another 30 minutes for them to figure the payment: the credit card machine wasn't charged, they put me on the phone with the owner to do a bank transfer, and finally offered to walk with me to an ATM to get cash. As I was about to just leave (after 1.5 hours) they got the machine to work...
I arrived and have been left on a side for like 15min before they finally understand they mixed up the appointments, and kept me waiting for nothing.
I think it would have been okay if they were more welcoming instead of ignoring me and chatting between themselves...and looking at you like an ovni... Oh well it is what it is.. don't think I will recommend it.
