The lady who did the waxing and pedicure was really sweet and calm, whereas the lady who did the manicure who was wearing a hijab was quite rude, yawning in my face while doing my nails, asking me to improve the choice of my colours, and making face. She looked extremely tired and I think her feet were killing her which I get because I work long shifts aswell, however I noticed her being rude with every customer. No smile, nothing.

Genuinely the worst wax experience I’ve ever had. I arrived early yet waited 15 minutes while staff complained about clients in another language. Hygiene was shocking: no handwashing, no gloves, reused sticks and tweezers with someone else’s hair still on them. The service was careless, uncomfortable and unsanitary. I left sticky, had to buy products to fix it myself, and would never return.
Poor attitude from this particular staff member.
