DO NOT COME HERE FOR HD BROWS.
I had mine done and they look awful. £25 and they look even worse than before. I was planning on doing some retail therapy after my appointment but was so embarrassed by how they looked that I just went straight home. It bought me to tears when I look in the mirror at home. Very unproffessional. The colour is clumpy in places. They have less shape than when I pluck them at home. And they finished them off with a pencil which was a completely different colour tone to my eyebrows, so I ended up with these weird, two toned eyebrows.
They can sell the service as "HD Brows" because they use the "HD Brows" merchandise for the colour. But they most certainly aren't a HD Brow service. Don't waste your time and money.

Not as good as it used to be. They had double booked me and another person for the same time slot, and didn't seem at all apologetic for it. Also the Brazilian wax was not as comprehensive as before.
Still probably the best place in Sutton.

The actual massage experience itself was good-a full hours treatment with a massage of a reasonable standard. I would have liked greater pressure from the therapist, and did request this, but it still was too gentle for my personal liking. Whilst I felt the actual massage was good the experience as a whole wasn't relaxing: I could hear the washing machine in the next room (which I know can't necessarily be helped) along with someone heating up something in the microwave. The room also isn't quite big enough to allow the therapist to manoeuvre round the bed so every so often the entire bed with me on it was shifted. All in all it wasn't as slick an experience as I've had elsewhere but it wasn't terrible either.
Hot Stone Massage
The wax was ok - the service was nice, although when I asked for the wax to be cooled a little, I was told that this was the "normal" temperature. It's not. If the customer says it's too hot, it's too hot. Otherwise ok.
