Receptionist was rude and told me I did not have an appointment booked. (She was the wife of the owner) they eventually found my booking after the 3rd person checked?! The lady who waxed me burnt me as the wax was very hot!! She said “don’t worry my love it’s ok!!!!!!” Awful service.

The venue is nice and clean, the manager is very welcoming and my therapist MK is so lovely and friendly and reassuring. Definitely recommend!
