Very small wait. My treatment was on special for 15 so I paid double this on Treatwell. Treatment was very fast and efficient but decent quality. The only real negative was the fact that it felt they were trying to do it as quickly as possible as the queue of people waiting was long.

All staff had been very friendly. However I had a booking for 15:15 and only had been attended to by 15:50 just to let me wait on the chair before starting my pedicure for another 15 minutes. I am aware that apparently they had been short of staff but you would expect them to manage bookings accordingly. Furthermore, the pedicure was okay, however the manicure I was not satisfied with at all. To be honest, I could have done a better job myself - no loose / dry skins had been removed and the varnish had not been applied neatly. Unfortunately I do not believe I will return to this salon as the service I received for both my pedicure and manicure was not worth the amount of money I paid for this.
