I was having real issues with my skin and Linda was amazing- she gave lots of advice and really tailored my facial as to what was best for my skin at that time. I'm hugely impressed (and grateful) and will be going back to her regularly.

Outcome fine but 2 waxing treatments took 1hr15, very nice therapist, I think the hot wax rather than strip means it's slower... Definitely more expensive than my local salon. Overall good result though and nice therapist!

I had a manicure there and it was done by someone who didn't know how to paint the nails - my nails looked like it was painted by a kid. It was the worst manicure I have done in ages and will not be back again here.

Underarm waxing took a long time and it was quite inconvenient in terms of the bed/table position etc. the magnifying glass usage was left as the last resort. Dim lightig in the rooms. Staff was very kind and tried to do everything to help, but just not smartly.
