I arrived early for my appointment and sat downstairs while the therapist finished another customer's manicure. The downstairs area was clean and tidy, and the therapists' certificates were displayed on the wall. I was then taken upstairs for my waxing treatments. The treatment rooms upstairs were clean, although could benefit from a coat of paint (the paintwork made it look a little shabby, which is I suspect why some reviewers have said that it was not "clean"). The treatment beds were comfortable enough. I would've liked it to be a little warmer, but it was a particularly cold day when I visited!
The leg wax (using strip wax) was thorough and efficient, and not particularly painful. I then had a Brazilian wax (using hot wax) and, despite having these regularly, I was pleased when the therapist took the lead and gave me clear instructions (it can be a little intimidating sometimes, if you go to a new salon, because everyone seems to have their own ways of doing things).
The Brazilian took quite a long time, but it was extremely thorough. The therapist made sure to check that I was feeling comfortable, and I was happy with the end result.
When I left, I was told about other promotions and treatments available through the salon.

Fantastic deep tissue massage! Each time I visit, I can turn my neck further than when I arrived! The staff here are always very nice and pleasant, and the facilities are simple but clean and relaxing.
