The lady I was booked with wasn’t available so someone else did it. I had asked for below the shoulder haircut and received a bob. Had to walk out very sad and upset. She kept apologising but clearly did not know what below the shoulder means. Very very sad, will not be coming back for a haircut. Clearly customers were happy with their own waxes/eyebrow work.
