I waited 20 minutes for my appointment despite the salon being empty except for one other customer. 2 ladies waxed me simultaneously but the appointment still took nearly 4 hours for what would normally take an hour in other salons. They seemed untrained and didn’t apply the wax well. A lot of hair was left behind and I was left with temporary scaring on my face from threading. They were friendly and the salon was clean but I was unsatisfied with the service. Not happy. Will not return.

My nails look appalling. They used soak off on my extensions which left them flaky and they just painted over the top. They are bumpy and already peeling. One had broken off completely

i went for a hollwood wax, lady was nice but stayed on the phone the whole time I was getting waxed and I was burned meaning the wax was too hot she should of made sure the temp was ok I didnt notice until a day after and now the area is peeling and is so painful so I'm not verry happy ive never ever been burned during any waxes I've had in the past elsewhere

Rheyna (I hope I spell the name correctly) was lovely, professional, super clean and attentive. I am really glad I had given the place a chance. the only thing that had a negative effect on the facial was some news from outside the room, a good idea apart from not speaking loudly would be some relaxing music. lovey my eyebrows shape!!
