I saw the bad reviews but thought to go try the place out.
Turned out the reviews were right!. My appointment was for 11.10, she didn't attend to me till 11.35 because she was attending to other people. What bothered me was the lack of courtesy - no apologies, nothing.
Rather, she kept asking me to pull my face without saying where.
In all, it was a terrible experience and I won't go back there.

Few staff, rushed my experience. Didn’t wax properly. I asked for full arms, but didn’t wax my hands. Didn’t start my appointment on time. Waste of time and money. Wouldn’t go here again.
