I booked through treatwell and when I turned up I had to call for the lady to come to the shop. She was unaware of my appointment. The shop was not very clean, she started my treatment whilst being on the phone. Missed a lot of hair that I had to point out. She got it all eventually so came out with not a bad wax. But I will stick to my usual place in future

Awful experience. The staff doesn’t know their job properly. I’ve done my eyebrows shape & tint. The shape was awful, definitely not for my eyes as face type, as well eyebrows had different shapes - the one was thick and second one was thin. I’ve asked brown tint instead I’ve got black, I have bright skin and blond hair, so the combination with black eyebrows - just imagine.
Definitely not recommend. Will never ever come back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Booked three appointments for my sis and I consecutively to get waxing and threading done. Showed up early, it was closed. Waited for 15 minutes outside and no sign of anyone. Moved things around to get these treatments done and a complete waste of my time.
Never again.
