On arrival, all the staff stared at me and when I introduced myself they continued to stare at me, making me feel uncomfortable. Once my hair had been washed I had to inform Maryam that she needed to blow dry my hair completely dry before using straighteners (I have very curly hair) which she ignores and started straightening my hair whilst it was still wet causing a lot of pain and I now have a very small bald spot from all the breakage. The salon did not use any heat protecting products either
