One technician that I had was lovely and did her part very well (plain gel colour) however the second lady that did the nail art part of my manicure was not so good. She didn’t seem to care very much and rushed my nails meaning that they are now wonky and uneven and do not look like the reference picture I showed (this was not a complicated design - just one line following the cuticle on each nail). I am dissatisfied with this service especially having paid £10 extra just for this “nail art”.

Been here twice and both times have been really disappointing and not what I asked for. Also rude staff who were clearly talking about me in another language and just generally being rude. Would never ever come back here.
