I got removal and reapplication of gel polish with a french tip. Price were great for the final product. Was sat down straight away and my nails were done 30 minutes after my arrival time (which I was told it would take 50). I am very happy!

Technical 4 was lovely, the service has a silent service which I love, but if you enjoy a conversation while getting your nails done this is not place for you. Technician 4 was very detail oriented and did a great job on cuticles and but not the gel nail polish application - the nails look gloopy, sort of a big suspended drop, like bad acrylics- never happened to me before (extensive previous experience). Not a fan of their sanitisation practices, equipment and tools and accessories look dirty.
