They only speak between them ignoring their clients. Why? Been there many times and still every time the same. They shouldn't speak their own language while people there... My nails were left with product on top, frail and ruined. Been asked to draw cash to the machine instead to pay by card, why? Booked online and told to cancel it as I had to pay commission? Is that on me?
