The technician cut me on the thumb (I hope it doesn’t get infected) , filed most nails all crooked, wasn’t wearing gloves in both hands, didn’t cut the cuticles and didn’t use sterilized utensils. I usually have better experience with another technician (even tho she doesn’t wear gloves as well and I doubt any of the utensils they use is sterilized at all).
