I really loved my massage with Amy! She is a confident and very knowledgable massage therapist, and she's easy to talk to and feel comfortable with. I found her advice for how to care for myself with specific exercises to be super helpful and she obviously has great knowledge about anatomy and the human body. The massage itself was intensely healing yet very relaxing - she really worked my muscles out of tension and I slept so deeply for the nights following too. Her treatment room at The Refinery is lovely too - great music, super clean, modern, with a soothing ambience. I will definitely be booking her again!
