Not easy to find someone that really knows whats their doing, understands the anatomy and works with your individual needs. Amy really tuned into the areas that needed it, made sure the pressure was right and made a huge difference to my back as result- would really recommend her.

I had a deep tissue massage with Amy at The Refinery in July for a stubborn sore / stiff neck and upper back.
I would highly recommend Amy - she really took the time to understand my concern at the outset and what I wanted to get out of the treatment. The next day I was still sore however in the following days my neck and back recovered fully. Since then I have not had a recurrence of the same problem which is fantastic.
The Refinery is also wonderful - stunningly designed and super friendly with loads of different classes on offer - something for everyone!
All in all a great experience and no negative feedback at all - all positive, highly recommended!!
I started seeing Amy after I developed sciatica in pregnancy and she has been great. I come away feeling relaxed and relieved from pain. She pays close attention to what is niggling you and the related areas, while still looking after the rest of you too. Highly recommended.
The Refinery is well set up, warm and welcoming. There's space to lock your bike nearby too.
