The building itself: main salon on ground floor and then room in basement for fillers. It’s clean but not really pretty - the corridor and toilet (and view of kitchen) could be made to look prettier; paper towels or airer would be nice for after washing hands on arrival. Aesthetics of the building aside - Charine is very reassuring, friendly & knowledgeable (lips and face); patient if you’re apprehensive...perfect balance of professionalism and loveliness😃
