I went to get my first injections ever and Charine was very kind, explained everything that I asked, and she was clearly a professional. Because it was my first experience with injections, she started with minor dose and I can go back after couple of weeks if more is needed - this was really a relief to all my fears and I felt that I am in good hands :)
