Consultant was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
However, the treatment room was in the basement of a Hairdressers and was quite dingy and dark.

I was really nervous but both members of staff really worked to put me at ease - even playing music during the treatment to help me relax! The anesthetician listened to what I wanted which was a subtle lip enhancement and stopped at the amount he felt would achieve the result I was after. Very happy with the result and will definitely be returning :)
