Always chaotic and behind schedule, I got home and there were big patches of hair still left on my legs from one of the more experiences therapists and the spa pedicure was a disaster - she forgot to shape the nails and do the cuticles on one foot entirely and did the other foot twice(!) and when I questioned she assured me she'd done the other foot too, but then when it came to paint it was clear I still had the chipped toenail that I came in with! The paint was a disaster too and my big toe was ruined whilst trying to get my flipflop on carefully after I was told my nails were dry, which they clearly weren't. A waste of time. Those sticky foot pads serve no purpose - you should ensure toenails are painted with the customers flip flops on like countless other salons I've been to.
