Had a great experience with Mona. Quick and easy. She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, and it was hardly painful. The best experience I've had of a Hollywood wax. Would definitely recommend and will return.

The beautician was very good, very professional and thorough. The salon itself was clean enough, though perhaps not as polished as others in the area. It was much better value than neighboring salons, however, and overall the service was well worth it.

Went to get a shellac manicure but was turned away because the lady couldn't actually do it. The gel kept going lumpy on my nails; after removing it all off and starting again twice, the nail technician finally said she can't do it. No apology for wasting my time and ruining my nails.

Major issues with booking system, no evidence of reception staff. Quite chaotic.
