This was a one-off visit as I came over from Australia to visit London for two weeks and needed an urgent bikini wax before heading back to Sydney. I easily got an appointment at the time I wanted (Friday lunchtime). My therapist was called Gopi and she did a really thorough and great job and was quite friendly. In terms of cleanliness, I was also impressed seeing her not only remove the paper sheet from the massage table but also to wipe the leather down with disinfectant (I'm a germ-a-phobe). Definitely recommend.

I came in to have the microdermabrasion done with Mona. From the minute I walked in, Mona made me feel very welcome. She was warm, friendly and cheerful. The ambience in the room was great and very relaxing. Mona put me at ease and explained everything that would happen. I was extremely happy with the result and was so glad that I listened to Mona and had this done. I have already booked my next appointment with Mona and I look forward to coming in for the next visit. I'm very lucky to have found Mona as she is very talented. Thank you Mona...
