I booked to have a Hollywood wax with Mona. I was met on arrival by friendly staff who offered me a hot or cold drink. I was seen before my appointment time. Mona was great, very professional, put me at ease right away. She used the Lycon wax and it wasn't anywhere near as painful as other waxes I've had at other salons. I will definitely be returning.
