I am not very difficult and I do not like being tough with people but they do not leave me the choice. I took appointment for a kid's cut at 4pm. Due to a bad organization on their part, it was decelerated to 4.45pm, then they tried to push it back to 5.15pm (they contacted me at 4.40pm! 5 min before my appointment, I obviously refused ). Arrived on the spot, the manager who was to dress my daughter was not aware of our arrival, and made me understand clearly that I was not welcome, asking me questions in a passive agressive way. I insisted that my daughter had her haircut, I had already been accommodating in agreeing to come later but we are not at their disposal! I was never so badly received in a business, the welcome was cold, my daughter of 11 years felt terribly uncomfortable, I'm sad for her that it happened that way, it would have been to be pleasant; The cut is ok, thanks she's not fail it! but I did not think it could happen in a bussiness that looked well noted.Shame
