Didn't honor booking very disappointed glad I didn't pre pay told could wait approx 2 hours replied not acceptable made an appointment. Still waiting for a reply from email sent to salon.

I was charged a further £6 on top of what I had already paid and was given no reason as to why. I got a set of acrylics with a milky white base and there is a red dot in the centre of the nail. Not good for nearly £40
