I have mixed feelings about this visit. I usually get my eyebrows threaded here and they tend to do a fantastic job each time but this was my first time for a Hollywood wax. The salon was closed when I turned up for my appointment so when I called to find out if they were opening they told me I could have my appointment moved to an hour later. This is the first wax that wasn’t painful - sadly it wasn’t thorough either. There was no clean up with tweezers like other salons do so just a tad bit unimpressed considering I waited well over an hour for an appointment I had booked in advance. I would potentially go back as they always do wonderful threading but perhaps not for a wax. I appreciate Jigisa being apologetic and concerned about my late appointment - she does the best eyebrow threading!
