Ive had this treatment before (elsewhere) and I felt that the machine at this place was not set correctly. The member of staff was not able to confirm which temperature it was set at or she’d set it at. A fundamental part of the treatment??!! Basically, I was not filled with confidence but went ahead with it anyway..won’t do that again. She even asked ‘do you think this actually works?!’ Odd think to say. I would not recommend this clinic for this treatment I’m afraid. Despite this the member of staff was perfectly polite and friendly and did her best to make me feel comfortable. A tad more training needed and perhaps a specialist is what’s required to address the gaps. Oh last thing, the cups are super small in comparison with other places so not as good on thighs for instance.

I normally get my eyebrows done here so thought I’d try my first bikini wax. The atmosphere was calming and the lady looked after me very well - the same one who does my eyebrows! I need to remember her name as I’ll be going back.

Pleasant staff, but no ambience or mood setting for the duration of the massage except for the 1st 5min then was in total silence. Massage needed to be more deep as it felt like a gentle rub instead of a DEEP tissue massage.
