I booked a Herbal facial hoping for something a little more relaxing but the wrong facial was prepared. This meant that the first ten minutes was spent with me lying down whilst they reset the room, pushing big machines in and out. The face massage was quite rough and quick but the movements were nice. I didn't have Naz in the end I don't think but the lady I did have tried her very best to make sure I was comfortable, asking me lots of questions.

Its always busy here because the final look and quality of the nails, is good, and at a good price but its always rushed and hectic in the store. They try to push in and out as many customers as possible.
