Truly awful experience. Got there for my 11:30 appointment, 4 other women were waiting for their appointment with only one member of staff there - who had no idea whose appointment was when or for what. The room was messy, the wax hadn’t been heated beforehand, the member of staff who did the wax had NO idea what she was doing (I had to task someone else to do it). I’m still bleeding 4 hours later, after being there for an hour. Shocking.

The place is extremely unprofessional. Communication is non existent and the treatments are PAINFUL. The place is not clean at all and the beauticians make zero effort to look after the client properly. I was feeling very unwelcome. I was left unattended during the treatment and had to ask the lady for coming back to me to finish it. The outcome was overall good and I look alright, however I do not recommend going there at all.
