I loved the massage and the whole treatments which was my husbands treat for my birthday. However, I would’ve preferred to have been told before the treatment that I will be showering. The shower cubicle wasn’t allowing the water to go down and their was no where to hang my gown or towel. Please ensure you have this matter addressed ASAP as it wasn’t pleasant to see the scrub all over the shower unit and it wouldn’t go down the plug hole. Get the basics right and it makes all the difference.

The lady doing the massage arrived after I did so already started off being late. Then there was a confusion over my treatment and I was questioned as to why I hadn’t booked in for a full body massage rather than the Indian head massage I had requested. I don’t think that was necessary and made me feel uncomfortable. I then had THE WORST massage of my life I ended up in tears as it hurt so much and I’m pregnant which they knew. If there such a different in style for one massage you should say.
