The room was slightly cold but the Thai massage was great.

My appointment started 15 mins late. The waiting area is uninspiring & the welcome rug is filthy. In the massage room there was a dirty tissue on the floor and oily footprints. I had booked 45 mins back & 45 mins head massage. The back massage was alright but disjointed. When she started on my legs I reminded her I wanted a head massage which she eventually did. Once downstairs I realised she’d only done a 1 hr full body massage so I left having not got what I wanted & paid comparatively more
