My Abhyanga massage from Vinoda was really good and felt more amazing the next couple of days with increased energy and energy flow.
I notice my skin health also improved from the oil absorption.

I received an Abhyanga (full body oil massage) for 1 hour, it was the first time that I had received an ayurvedic therapy. I got lots of recommendations for my case, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the oils made the massage very pleasant but powerful, my muscles and tensions were also worked through which I was not expecting. I left the place being very relaxed and I will probably come back to receive a massage to release toxins as recommended.
